1) Production follows signed back samples with strict testing during production. 2) Products undergo strict sampling inspection or 100% inspection before shipment to ensure packaging integrity.
Q3. Can you provide samples? Are they free or paid?
For products without printed logos/patterns (most products in stock), samples are free. Provide your freight collection account (FEDEX, DHL, TNT). Without an account, we charge express fee appropriately. For special products or out-of-stock items, we charge sample fee and freight, refundable with your first order.
Q4. How do you deliver?
By sea, by air, or by courier (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT).
Q5. What's your payment term?
T/T - 30% TT in advance, balance before shipment.
