Q2. How to guarantee the quality of your products?
- Production is carried out according to signed back samples with strict testing throughout the production process
- Products undergo strict sampling inspection or 100% inspection as required before leaving the factory to ensure product packaging is intact
Q3. Can you provide samples, and are they free or do we need to pay?
If you don't need printed logos or patterns (most products are in stock), we won't charge any fee. Just provide your freight collection account (FEDEX, DHL, TNT). If you don't have an account, we need to collect express fees appropriately. For special products or items not in stock, we charge sample fees and freight, but we refund the sample fee when you place your first order.
Q4. How to deliver?
By sea, by air, or by courier such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT.
Q5. What's your payment terms?
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) - 30% TT in advance, balance before shipment.
