Q2. How do you guarantee product quality?
- Production follows approved samples with strict testing throughout the process
- Products undergo strict sampling inspection or 100% inspection before shipment to ensure packaging integrity
Q3. Can you provide samples? Are they free or do we need to pay?
For products without printed logos or patterns (most products are in stock), samples are free. Just provide your freight collection account (FEDEX, DHL, TNT).
If you don't have an account, we charge appropriate express fees. For special products or out-of-stock items, we charge sample fees and freight, but refund the sample fee with your first order.
Q4. How do you deliver products?
By sea, by air, or by courier (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT).
Q5. What are your payment terms?
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) - 30% TT in advance, balance before shipment.
