Q2. How to guarantee the quality of your products?
- Production follows signed back samples with strict testing during the process
- Products undergo strict sampling inspection or 100% inspection as required before shipment to ensure packaging integrity
Q3. Can you provide samples? Are they free or do we need to pay?
If you don't need printed logos or patterns (most products are in stock), we won't charge any fee. Just provide your freight collection account (FEDEX, DHL, TNT). If you don't have an account, we collect express fees appropriately. For special products or items not in stock, we charge sample fee and freight, but refund the sample fee with your first order.
